US announces charges against 5 Chinese and 2 Malaysian hackers

The US Department of Justice has announced charges against five Chinese and two Malaysian nationals, who it says ran a global hacking operation. The DoJ, in its charges, said the hackers operated for at least six years and stole identities and video game tech, planted ransomware, and spied on Hong Kong activists. Together, the seven were long identified by experts as the ’APT41’ hackers’ group.

A new axis is emerging around china--north korea, Iran, pakistan, malaysia, and turkey. NK and pakis are indebted slaves of china not major players and china will use them as pawns. Interesting to see is--with rescinding of US from middle east (oil games) the Ottoman and Persian influences will fight with Arabs for supremacy of islamic world (the caliphate). Saudis being the current islamic and arab leader. Malaysia is hoping for crumbs and supremacy in its region....but malay neighbours will put malaysia in place.
