We’ll believe scientists first on Covid-19 vaccine, not Trump, lawmakers say

In more than a dozen interviews with Republicans and Democrats on Capitol Hill, most members of Congress tell CNN they stand ready and willing to take any potential Food and Drug Administration-approved coronavirus vaccine. But Democrats insist that they will need more than a promise from President Trump that it will work.

What do people think? That Trump is running down to the lab mixing that sh it himself like he’s the nutty professor? If a vaccine comes out it won’t be Trump with the Bunsen burners and Erlenmeyer flasks and pipettes

HaHa! As if Trump is +personally+ creating the vaccines. Man, the Left and Biden really are nuts.

My favorite part of the DNC and RNC was the difference between the topics of discussion in each. RNC spoke mostly on uniting as a nation, recovering from COVID, and hope in a nation. DNC talked about how awful Trump is, he's destroying our Nation, and we must get rid of him.

Trump is playing them and they fall for it just like always. Fauci and the left wanted a vaccine like yesterday. Now that Trump said we'll have one very soon they're like whoa, let's not rush things.

A doctor said the mask was better than the vaccine and Trump disagreed. What's the controversy?

You only really need to Google "Gerard Ford swine flu vaccine" to know why people are rightly concerned. Doesn't matter what your party affiliation, if any.

Right, you will believe the scientists first... the ones you pay to “prove” what you want them to. Ok.

If Trump wants to save as many people as possible when the vaccine is created he will say "This is the Trump vaccine and it is for patriots only!" Then the Democrats, journalists and everyone with TDS will think he's trying to hide it from them and will take it to spite him. Along with everyone else who will take it because scientists made it and said it works.

Does anybody want to hear from scientist about how effective ANY vaccine would be? Independent studies have shown antibodies drop to pre-infected levels after 3 months.

Sounds like democrats are showing their true colors, Orange. They and trump are no different. Fear mongers that will say anything for a vote. Vote socialist.

I live in Greece where doctors have said they've had 100% recovery when injecting plasma with antibodies from cured cases, to folks that curently have Covid-19. If this is the case why do we need a vaccine? What more will it achieve? Except for putting more money in some people's pockets...
