Federal Judge rules Pennsylvania’s lock down orders unconstitutional

William Stickman IV, a Western Pennsylvania District ruled that Pennsylvania Gov. Tom Wolf’s executively ordered statewide COVID restrictions were ’unconstitutional’. He said that the ’liberties protected by the Constitution are not fair-weather freedoms’ even though Wolf and Secretary of Health Rachel Levine may have acted with ’the good intention of addressing a public health emergency.’
