The presidential campaign of Joe Biden said on Thursday that the Democratic presidential nominee views the presidential race as ’Park Avenue versus Scranton’. The presidential campaign sought to make the reference as it contrasted Mr. Biden’s position on taxes with that of President Donald Trump. A campaign official also claimed that President Trump ’looks down’ on working people.
