Speaker can be highlighted in a call with Microsoft Teams Spotlight

A Spotlight feature is being rolled out by Microsoft to Microsoft Teams. With this feature, the view within a call can be locked to a specific person for everyone. The feature will be fully available by late September and will start rolling out today. When a person has been spotlighted, a small icon will be visible next to the name of the person.
