Pakistan hands death sentence to two for deadly Karachi factory fire

A Pakistani court sentenced two men to death for starting a fire at a garment factory in Karachi in 2012 that killed 260 people after the factory owners refused to pay bribes. The two condemned men were members of the Muttahida Qaumi Movement political party. The court acquitted MQM leader Rauf Siddiqui, who was the provincial minister for commerce and industries at that time.
