Crackdown on darknet opioid trafficking, 179 arrested, drugs worth $6.5M seized

A total of 179 people have been arrested in several countries in a coordinated operation by the law enforcement agencies of the countries to tackle opioid trafficking on the darknet. Along with the arrests, more than $6.5 million worth of drugs were also seized during the operation which has been called, ’Operation DisrupTor’. It was believed to be the largest illegal marketplace on the darknet.
