Impeachment against Trump, AG Barr should be on the table, admits AOC

With the Senate preparing for yet another brutal Supreme Court nomination fight, Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez admitted that members of the Democratic Party might consider introducing an impeachment proceeding against President Donald Trump or Attorney General William Barr. Doing so would buy the Democrats time and could prevent the GOP from filling the Supreme Court vacancy.

Wow how quickly we forget that mitch mcconnell and the republican senate stole a nominee from Obama in 2016. Which was nine months before that years presidential election. They said the people have a right to vote on who picks the nominee since it was the final year of Obama's term. No one on the republican side of the debate called it cheating then. Now we're less than two months away from this years presidential election and the republican party has changed course and pulled a full 180 on their views. Now it's a constitutional duty to move forward with a nominee to replace RGB and yet that's not cheating to the republican party. I thought at the end of the day we're all Americans and I was once proud that Americans as a whole once believed in fair play. We would have in our better past denounced these kind of flip flops by an entire party. Can we please start putting country before party. This has nothing to do with politics, this is about the very soul of our country. The current actions of the republican party are just plain un-American and has more in common with the actions of a bad parent that says do as I say not as I do. Those in power should lead us both competently and with an eye to mortality.
