Crew on board the International Space Station carried out an emergency maneuver to dodge a piece of space junk left by a Japanese rocket. Russian cosmonauts Anatoly Ivanishin and Ivan Vagner along with American astronaut Chris Cassidy began the maneuver before boarding the Soyuz spacecraft in case the approaching piece of the rocket hit the ISS and they needed to abandon the station.
