If I'm not mistaken he encouraged more diversity within Wells Fargo. So that means he put in some effort to hire more blacks, and it seems he has come to the conclusion that their aren't many blacks who are qualified for top level positions within the company. It might suck to hear but, this doesn't scream racism to me. The NBA is dominated by black athletes which isnt racist it's just there are far less qualified or skilled enough Whites, Asians etc to play in the NBA.
