Mailed-in ballots found thrown in Wisconsin ditch, USPS launches probe

Three trays of mail, including absentee ballots, were found a ditch line in Wisconsin – a swing state whose voters could prove crucial in the November presidential election. After the discovery in Outagamie County, the US Postal Service has launched an investigation. Police said the mail was supposed to be in transit to the post office and was immediately returned to the postal inspector.
