Federal court orders not to end census count before October 31

A federal court has ordered the Trump administration to abandon last-minute changes to the census schedule and extend the time for counting for an additional month. The injunction issued Thursday by U.S. District Judge Lucy Koh in the Northern District of CA requires the Census Bureau to keep trying to tally the country’s residents through Oct. 31. The Justice Department is expected to appeal.

Courts wasting our taxes by edict from the bench. I thought Congress was supposed to be in control of the purse strings? Does anyone care about the structure of government and function of each branch anymore? Show me your SSN and I'll count you for representation otherwise this is over.
