Trump signs executive orders on health care
President Donald Trump signed executive orders related to health care which will have unclear impact. One requires insurance companies to cover people with existing conditions, the Affordable Care Act (Obamacare) already requires. The Republicans have asked to Supreme Court to invalidate Obamacare. Another order asked Congress to ban surprise billing or for HHS to do so if Congress doesn’t act.
