Google parent company Alphabet settles shareholder misconduct lawsuit for $310M

Alphabet Inc. said Friday that it will prohibit severance packages for anyone fired for misconduct or is the subject of a sexual misconduct investigation. A special team will investigate any allegations against executives and report to the board’s audit committee.

While this may prevent the one off severance packages of $90 million to exec level guys for sexual harassment, it's just going to cause many more smaller wrongful dismissal lawsuits against google when they start firing lots of low level staff for bullsh!t sexual harassment claims while giving them zero severance.
