Wait. We got riots over the justified shooting of Jacob Blake and something like THIS gets put on the back burner? I'm not saying riots are justified here but the protesters are clearly in the wrong town. EDIT: Nevermind. I just noticed the cop was black. I got my answer. It doesn't fit the 'racist' narrative. That is more important to the left than justice.

Now this is the kind of case BLM and all the Professional players should be complaining about. Why aren’t they ? Totally unjustified wanton murder and Labron is silent. Why ? My guess is because the man was killed by a black officer . If ever a case to complain about this would be it yet they pick felons to hold up as hero’s

How is it premeditated? That word doesn't mean what you think it means, or at least not the way you are using it. Premeditated is like "Bob look lets go arrest _______ and when you get him cuffed I will shot him." It isn't in the moment reactions with questionable judgment. Have you done any non-news report research into this shotting or just assuming based on one or a few article from a biased writers, no matter which side. Yes it is, no it isn't articles are really plaguing the news.

This is the one thing I don't understand about when cops get away with injustice. How is he charged with second-degree murder when the man is handcuffed. That's first degree in every sense of the word. That was malicious and that was premeditated. The man cannot defend himself he was no threat to you that he has handcuffs on why did you shoot him? Why is this not a first-degree charge?
