Edward Brown, a New Hampshire man who claimed federal income tax to be unconstitutional and barricaded himself in his home with booby-traps and firearms in 2007, has been resentenced to more jail time. A judge added 17 more years on top of Brown’s original 37-year sentence – 13 of which he has already served. Brown and his wife were convicted of failing to pay taxes on almost $2 million in income.
