Assange extradition trial ends, decision on January 4

WikiLeaks founder Julian Assange will have to spend another three months in prison before finding out whether he can be sent to the US to face espionage charges. London’s Old Bailey District Judge Vanessa Baraitser will deliver her verdict on January 4. Assange’s lawyers argued that the charges were politically motivated and conditions in American prisons breached Britain’s human rights laws.

Jan 4th! This poor guy, when the scumbags in the press were saying "look at his weird habits" as he was essentially living in a tiny room for years. Disgusting treatment, I'm very disappointed in the UK governments handling of this.
