Michigan top court rules governor’s Covid-19 lockdown violates constitution
The Michigan Supreme Court issued a 4-3 decision late Friday that ruled against Gov. Gretchen Whitmer rules to extend emergency declarations used to combat COVID-19 over the last five months. But, since the decision came as a response to questions submitted to the court by a federal judge — and not as part of a state case before it — it wasn’t immediately clear when it would take effect.
Nooooo I would never have guessed...... We don't need judges that take months to answer this when most everyone after the numbers didn't match up with the apocalyptic version of the story didn't pan out knew this was all overblown.

Let me get this straight... the State Supreme Court , the highest court in the State . Rules that Whitney’s decisions to keep extending the emergency lock down is not constitutional. The first lock down ended April 30 . So does the governor think she can just keep extending the lock down, without a law ? She tell the State Supreme Court they are wrong and she’ll do what she wants ... ummmm .. interesting. Who does she think she is ? So she also wants Trump to except a election defeat without a challenge.. and except the results.. I would call this a childish double standard by Whitmer who at every chance has smeared the president our president her president...
That is the same thing that Oregon governor Kate Brown is guilty of and nobody can do a thing about it because of the compromised leadership in the state. When Oregon Republicans walked out of state congress on a vote to end one of the most crucial industries in Oregon she ordered our own state police force to hunt them down. Little did she know that they went to Idaho and when she tried to get cooperation from they declined saying that there was nothing they were going to do because the Oregon state police were out of their jurisdiction and that if any police officers from Oregon came across the state border they would be arrested so I want Kate Brown removed from office. Do you?
Don't forget that she's still under federal investigation for pulling a Cuomo and stuffing nursing homes with infected people. Michigan sure did vote in a real winner.

Now our problem is the department of health is threatening action against any businesses that defy the current emergency powers decree (as Whitmer is insisting its valid for now, and the department of health is backing her). Our AG has already publicly said they’re not gonna charge anyone for violating her order so at least nobody will get arrested.

The reaction of the Democrats to COVID-19 can be described as nothing less than hysteria. Why? They wanted 2020 to be a horrible year. 2017, 2018 and 2019 were getting greater and greater, then Trump could have moon walked to a second term. But COVID-19 came out and at first, nobody knew how bad this bioweapon from a Chinese lab would be. So caution was appropriate.. But hysteria? No. But it was their only opportunity to trash the economy, so "shut downs ordered by democratic state governors" was the recipe for bringing down Trump. It appears that infecting him by sending a sick staffer into the white house was the last arrow in their quiver. Three staffers have been reported to have been infected 2-3 weeks ago. Where did they go? What did they touch? Were any of them democrats? We'll probably never know because the media won't ask.
