San Jose mayor proposes insurance, annual fees for gunowners after mass shooting

Two weeks after a gunman fatally shot nine coworkers at a San Jose light rail yard, Mayor Sam Liccardo is proposing safety restrictions that would require gun owners to obtain insurance and pay an annual fee to cover the cost of gun violence. ’The Second Amendment protects the right of Americans to own guns but does not require that every other taxpayer pay for that right,’ Liccardo said.

The legal gun owners should not have to pay for the crimes of every criminal. If we push that .Then we need to push the same for all politicans .Stop giving free pass to the treasonous politicans . Start with the people that paid China to develope a BIO weapon .With taxpayers money .

Shall NOT be infringed Can’t get clearer than that. This is an infringement . *edited to eliminate the distraction of my temporary loss of brain function that originally resulted in typing the word impede/impediment instead of infringed/infringement.
