Pack them and all their stuff up and send them to China so they no longer have to lie about helping the CCP monitor and censor their citizens.

Imagine an open #SocialMediaAPI that would allow you to post messages, memes, etc to Twitter, Facebook or any other social media service... Like email. You could build a following, have likes, shares etc regardless of which platform you are using. We have it with email to the extent that you can send an email from any service to any other service. But social media companies don't want you to have that flexibility. They want to lock you in to their system so they can gather your data and sell it. This is the solution. An open API.

Monopolies sre already illegal. The headline is misleading and wrong.

We have all played Monopoly, we all know what happens when one or two monopolize the game. We usually surrender the game remaining friends cutting out the misery of loosing everything. This is the right thing to do. 😂

Yes I do agree with the democrats! Probably milking them a little for lobby and favors. We'll see.

This is a tactical mistake by Republicans. Shake hands with Democrats, singing whatever tune they're calling for whether it be "monopoly" or "mom and pop stores." It accomplishes exactly what conservatives want: reining in over-powerful tech giants and it has the added bonus of tricking Dems into angering some of their biggest contributors. Censorship and repealing platform status for social media can always be passed in another bill. Republicans should be embracing Dems in this rare moment of genuine bipartisanship.

The Democrats finally have a good idea. Bring it on! I would love to see their billionaire supporters get their just desserts when they thought that by simply being woke enough and interfering in elections through their banning policies that they were untouchable. #BreakThemUp
