Judge halts Biden’s $4B financial aid program for farmers of color

A federal judge ordered a temporary halt to a $4B federal loan relief program aimed at addressing perceived inequities for farmers of color. The judge found that white farmers ’are likely to succeed on the merits of their claim’ that the Department of Agriculture’s ’use of race-based criteria in the administration of the program violates their right to equal protection under the law.’

"The Agriculture Department has interpreted 'socially disadvantaged farmer or rancher' to mean individuals 'who are one or more of the following: Black/African American, American Indian, Alaskan native, Hispanic/Latino, Asian, or Pacific Islander,' the judge noted." Translation: The judge is giving the finger to racist democrat policies.

A federal judge who actually respects the rights of applicants regardless of race and shoots down racist government initiatives? Inconceivable!

The Democrat party: Faithfully racist for nearly 200 years. They were racists in the 19th century when they implemented and fought for slavery. They were racists in the 20th century when they implemented and enforced segregation and Jim Crow laws. And they are racists in the 21st century as they implement and teach Critical Race Theory.

And strangely, all the usual leftists are absent in the comment section. All this time you say you’re fighting “systemic racism”, then you find out your side is pushing it. The ego-death must be epic! That moment when you realize…you’re the baddie.

This story. ugh. Someone please clearly define systemic racism to me. I don't see it. I see opportunity for anyone who wants to reach for it. Case in point. Here are some names to google: Dorothy Butler Gilliam, Gladys Kidd Jennings. Valerie L. Thomas. I'm sure there's many more. Look up Project Tell Me. Hearst.com/projecttellme it's Oral histories of black women 75 and older. If we were still under the yoke of racism, there would not be these stories and others. I won't point out celebs and sport stars, but I will point out that those who "made it" did so by their own HARD WORK!! That's across all races.

Good. The 14th Amendment applies to all citizens, not just those who have been mistreated in the past.

Once the communists start going after farming, you know you're in trouble. The USSR, Maoist China, and Zimbabwe are clear examples here.

That was an easy decision to make for a normal person. Providing Government aid based on skin color is racist by definition. Stupid Joe should know.

Blantly, unapologetically, and defensively racist. The Biden’s USDA is grant 120%loan forgiveness to every farmer whi isn’t white. hOW THE HELL DOES OUR GOVT THINK THIS IS,OKAY? How does anyone, especany American?

I mean…this 100% goes against the equal protection clause of the 14th amendment, but so did the treatment black farmers faced in the first place. Another example of how America f’s itself over and makes it hard to actually change anything

So wait, correct me if I'm wrong, they wanted to loosen border control and give more money to poc farmers? Don't poc already do alot of the farm labour jobs? Seems like incentives..

“Money cannot be arbitrarily “abolished”, nor the state and the old family “liquidated.” They have to exhaust their historic mission, evaporate, and fall away. The deathblow to money fetishism will be struck only upon that stage when the steady growth of social wealth has made us bipeds forget our miserly attitude toward every excess minute of labor, and our humiliating fear about the size of our ration. “- Trotsky We can’t beat capitalism until we bring everyone up and the people at the top stop wanting more.

Democrats: Hey disenfranchised citizens, I see that you're struggling with your everyday life.. here some of that tax money thats just sitting around and not being used on the citizens. Wealthy people: oh no, all bank accounts matter. Where is my share? Although I'm not struggling I still deserve money becuz I pay taxes too. But don't call it a handout, I don't want my other wealthy friends to look at me wrong.

The Federal Judge is a Racist. The sooner blacks get whats owed to them following 300 years of unpaid labour the sooner they can stop complaining. Personally POcs should hold out for more cash. Like Native indians do. Uncle Biden needs to add an extra couple of 0 to the figure.
