UK labour lead demands for national lockdown instead of 3 tier plan

Sis Keir Starmer has demanded Johnson put UK into two three weeks national lockdown instead of the ’3 tier’ system. He advised the PM to close all pubs, bars, restaurants and offices under this lockdown. However he clarified that his proposals would not mean schools would not have to close if it was timed to fall over half term. His call was supported by Greater Manchester mayor Andy Burnham.
