’I was wrong not to wear a mask,’ says Chris Christie

Former New Jersey Gov. Chris Christie has expressed regrets over his decision not to wear a mask to the White House. Christie urged people to ’follow CDC guidelines in public no matter where you are and wear a mask to protect yourself and others’. He warned, though, that the discussion surrounding by the response to the pandemic had been ’governed by our two dominant political and media extremes’.

Data indicates the masks do nothing to stop or slow the spread, and may worsen infections when they occur. Not that we needed data to indicate common sense.

Not sure what he is basing that on. There has been no scientific data that supports the use of cloth masks to prevent viral transmission. Fact is they are physically incapable of preforming that function. The gaps in the fiber of cloth masks is over 1,500x the size of covid aerosoles. This is why cloth mask manufacturers by law must include a warning that they are not effective for preventing infection.

And why should I give a damn what he thinks? Put useless public "servants", I use that very loosely, right next to Hollywood in my "couldn't give a toss about there opinions and mandates" box.
