SC to hear Trump bid to exclude illegal immigrants from representation in Nov.

The Supreme Court on Friday said that it would hear oral arguments over an effort by President Donald Trump to exclude illegal immigrants from the population totals used to allocate congressional districts to states. The court will hear the case on November 30. If the senate proceeds as planned, Trump nominee Amy Coney Barrett will then be on the court creating a 6-3 conservative majority.

How did this even need to get to the supreme court? Of course illegals shouldn't get counted towards congressional district seats. They should be deported to the furthest place allowable by law.

Fastest case in history right here. Legal citizens deserve representation. You don't get to flaunt the laws and try to steal representation in countries you don't belong. Those from foreign countries that come in illegally trying to vote should have added charges of election fraud added as well.

America, the most unwelcoming country in the history of humanity. The only place in the industrialized world where you are despised and considered worthless for simply not being born on their land.

What is the arguement FOR them being counted, other than the fact that they vote Democrat?
