TV station security guard charged with murder for shooting pro-police protestor

As per Denver district court clerk’s office, A TV station security guard accused of shooting a pro-police protestor following opposing rallies was charged with second degree murder. Charges were filed for killing Lee Keltner, 49, to the district court against Matthew Dolloff, 30, who was shielding a KUSA TV producer. Second degree murder face mandatory sentence of between 16 & 48 years in prison.

He wasn't a security guard, he was an activist hired as a security guard, and he wasn't shielding anyone. The TV station should also be facing charges for hiring him.
