Commission on Presidential Debates announces few changes to debate rules

Ahead of Thursday’s final presidential debate, the Commission on Presidential Debates announced a few changes to the debate rules. Both President Donald Trump and his Democratic competitor Joe Biden will get two minutes of uninterrupted time to speak at the beginning of every 15-minute segment of the debate. The microphone of the opposite candidate will be muted during this time.
