CDC redefines its definition of close contact guideline for COVID positive

The CDC has updated its Covid-19 guidance on what it means to be a close contact of someone who has been infected. The move could impact schools, job sites, as CDC updated its previous guidelines of close contact with new definition which suggests people are more susceptible if they come within six feet of someone who tested positive for a cumulative of 15 minutes or more over a 24-hour period.
