Another Taylor juror alleges consideration of only wanton endangerment charges

Yet another grand juror in Breonna Taylor case has come forward to allege that the panel was not given an opportunity to consider homicide charges against Louisville police officers involved in 26-year-old EMT’s death. This is inline with another juror allegations earlier this week who said that the panel ’did not have homicide offenses explained to them’.

Of course. Why would they ask you to consider charges that are not supported by evidence and could not be prosecuted? What a silly thing to say.

The media really doesn’t pay attention does it ? In his presser after the Grand Jury, the Kentucky AG told everyone that since the boyfriend shot at police and they were there with a legal warrant, murder charges could not be applied under Kentucky law. Does the media want the AG presenting evidence that doesn’t apply ? They stir controversy as a way of life ! It’s time to strip them of their 1st Amendment rights, they are abusing those rights everyday. They have to face fines when they don’t tell the truth or when they only report half truths

And how many grand juries have they been a part of or where is their law degree from to come from a position of knowledge to base their criticisms in?

I thought the jury was to consider the actual charges brought against the accused by the prosecutor. But, maybe I was mistaken. Were any of the officers involved charged with homicide? Last I heard prosecutors were only charging one officer for endangering the neighbors.

I could be wrong, but I thought the Officer charged with the wanton endangerment charge didn’t actually hit anyone... so how would manslaughter charge work anyway? The car that passed me was speeding, as such I am speeding? Makes no sense...
