Buckingham Palace states it ’must do more’ on diversity

Buckingham Palace admitted the royal household is not diverse enough, as it released its annual financial report. The Sovereign Grant report disclosed for the first time that the proportion of ethnic minority employees within the royal household is 8.5%, with a target of 10% by the end of 2022. ’The results are not what we would like but we are committed to improving this,’ a palace source said.

This headline is not neutral. They may have stated, even proclaimed that they must do more, but they didn’t “admit” it. There is nothing to admit. Pretending otherwise is biased.

The end of meritocracy is upon us. Soon the the other under represented groups will demand their share of the pie. "We demand equal represents, only 5 of the Fortune 500 companies have someone from the "Under 80 IQ" group as CEO. We demand this institutal biscrimination, stop!" /s

Oh please. Your boy got suckered in to marriage to one of the most obnoxious Americans we've ever had the gall to grant a travel visa. Nothing she ever said should be taken as serious or worthy of consideration until she apologizes for the embarassment she caused the royal family and agrees to never arbitrate her problems with them via mass media ever again. You want to be more diverse and inclusive of ethnic minorities? Fine, but maybe do that privately. It doesn't look good to publically imply that indigenous Britains aren't British enough for the royal household.
