Study suggests human minds prewired to see words

According to a new study, a part of the human brain is prewired to be receptive to seeing words and letters by birth. The study also suggests that this sets the stage for people to learn how to read right from birth. This part of the brain has been called the ’visual word form area’ and was observed while analyzing the brain scans made of newborn babies.
