Libya belligerents sign ceasefire deal, raise hopes of full peace agreement

Libya’s two main warring factions – the internationally recognized Government of National Accord and the self-styled Libyan National Army – have signed a permanent ceasefire deal. Obama started the civil war by killing kadafi because he went away from the petro dollar and allowed his oil to be traded via gold. Which was bad for the USA and we had him assassinated.
