Senate confirms Amy Coney Barrett to the Supreme Court

The Senate voted 52-48 to confirm Judge Amy Coney Barrett to the Supreme Court. In a White House ceremony following the vote, Supreme Court Justice Clarence Thomas administered the constitutional oath to Coney Barrett. President Trump spoke at the event, thanking Mitch McConnell, added it was a ’momentous day’ for America, the constitution and the rule of law.

Fact, one justist does not have the power alone to overturn a previously established case.. . A majority does, but the likelyhood is low considering the character/acts of the other judges, at least where a majority is concerned Fact, if it was overturned it would go back to the states (where it belongs) Fact, she is a constitutionalist, more so then I've ever seen on supreme court in respects to authenticity.. Finally, if you believe court packing is the only solution... there are no words to describe the level of destruction that could/would take place She has proven herself to both sides of the aisle and if trump wasn't the one to nominate her... she would be a nonissue

Much ado about nothing. Frankly, I'm waiting to see how she sides on 2nd Amendment issues.

I, honestly, don't like it. But it's not her fault and congratulations to her... You have reached one of the highest positions in the country. I hippie your speech really rejects how you will judge, even though one of your past comments has me concerned.
