Forensics genealogy, DNA evidence lead to arrest in 51-year-old murder case

Forensic genealogy and DNA evidence helped police to arrest a man in the 51-year-old rape and murder of a go-go dancer. John Sipos, 75, was arrested in Schnecksville, Pennsylvania for the murder of Mary Scott, 24, who was found naked and dead in her San Diego home on November 20, 1969. DNA evidence left at the crime scene and forensic genealogy led the investigators of this cold case to Sipos.
