SCOTUS refuses to expedite GOP challenge to Pennsylvania mail-in ballot rules

The Supreme Court refused for a second time Wednesday to change Pennsylvania’s election rules. The unsigned order means that ballots received by Nov. 6 will be counted. However, ballots received after polls close will be segregated from those received earlier, and if the state turns out to be pivotal, the court could consider the GOP’s challenge after the election.

The right wing fascists are trying everything to steal this election and disenfranchise voters. Hopefully they will get decimated and we will expand the court and eliminate the horrid EC. 🥰🤞
