Kennedy cousin Skakel won’t be tried again in 1975 killing of teenage girl

Michael Skakel won’t face a second trial in the 1975 killing of teenage girl Martha Moxley, a prosecutor said. Skakel, a nephew of Robert F Kennedy’s widow, Ethel, was convicted and given 20 years to life in prison in 2002. But after serving 11 years, Skakel was freed in 2013 on bail after a judge overturned his conviction. Moxley was bludgeoned to death in Connecticut, on October 30, 1975.

This is the sort of reason that courts should be careful in their evaluation of the laws and evidence in trials. That the Conneticutt Supreme Court initially confirmed the trial verdict, only to reverse their decision a mere 2 years later due to a change of staff, is not a good thing. If anything it makes one realize that there are two types of justice in the US, this kind for the elites and what the rest of us get.

I've seen this movie before. The first one was Mary Jo Kopechne when the car being driven by Ted Kennedy crashed at Chappaquiddic and she was left to drown while Teddy Boy managed to escape and the accident wasn't reported until the next day. Why should Shakeel not get the same treatment? DISGUSTING!!!🤣😂😅🇨🇦🇨🇦🇨🇦

I dont really know enough about this actual case, it just seems like it was a done deal, before Anyone stepped inside the courtroom. Why bother, how much did this cost, I mean court fees, officials wages, to walk in and say, nothing actually, game over !?, kinda strange for a serious charge. Then again this is the System, ....... But who's system???!, the rich and powerful of anyone and Everyone??, ..... Who knows, thats the Question?..... 😏
