New study conducted on duration of COVID-19 immunity

’Cellular immunity’ to the pandemic SARS-CoV-2 virus is present in people who had mild or asymptomatic COVID-19 infections even after six months according to a small UK study. This study has suggested that those people could have had at least some protection from the virus for that time. The findings were made from 100 non-hospitalized COVID-19 patients in Britain.
