Democrats face a tough challenge to reclaim control of the Senate, up against the Republicans’ 53-47 majority. 35 seats are up for re-election, 23 belonging to Republicans and 12 to Democrats. As per Cook Political Report, nine Republican-held seats are rated as either leaning Democratic or toss-ups. In the House, Democrats hold a 232 to 197 majority. 27 House races are identified as ’toss-ups’.
Finally an article about the other branch of government. The legislative branch loves when we bicker about only the president. They make the laws people! They spend so much money, we need term limits- we need to keep senators and representatives accountable!
