Fewer than expected absentee ballots being rejected despite surge: Officials

As absentee ballots flood election offices across the country, officials who are processing them have tentatively reported that the share of ballots being rejected because of flawed signatures and other errors appears lower than in the past. This can possibly have significant consequences in this election, where the bulk of absentee voters have been Democratic.
