Debris dropped to the street as crane atop NYC skyscraper swayed in the wind

Debris from an under-construction building fell to the street below as a crane atop a Manhattan high-rise building swayed wildly in the wind. Video taken at the scene shows the crane spinning around in the wind and rain on West 57th Street near Sixth Avenue. Police warned pedestrians in the area and blocked off several nearby streets. It is not clear if the debris caused any injuries.
