Under the Beijing-imposed new security law, Hong Kong police have launched a hotline for the city’s residents to inform anonymously on anyone they think has broken the law. Observers say this new measure reflects some of the surveillance methods used in mainland China. They fear it may deepen divisions and could be exploited by people trying to settle personal, business or political scores.
Free HK!
Read the first few chapter of the Gulag Archipelago sounds an awful lot like that
With Biden in power, idk what will happen to HK. He's very pro-ccp
Like 'if you see something, say something'?
This is what the ccp promotes in main land China. It's why they have a whole country of people that don't trust one another. So they don't help one another and their mindset is messed up. Sad to see it happening to hong Kong. I don't think it would be such a problem if the city wasn't so desperately in need of money and welfare. The lockdown screwed them good.
