Federal judge dismisses Trump’s plea to stop Philadelphia vote count

A federal judge rejected an urgent petition brought by the Trump campaign to stop the counting of votes in Philadelphia. The campaign claimed poll workers ignored an earlier court ruling over election observers. US District Judge Paul Diamond dismissed said, ’As stated during today’s emergency injunction hearing, in light of the parties’ agreement, plaintiff’s motion is denied without prejudice.’
