Nancy Pelosi, the Speaker of the House of Representatives expressed confidence that former Vice President Joe Biden would win the race to the White House. She also repeatedly called him ’president-elect’ as she discussed the Democratic party’s agenda next year. Addressing her first press briefing since the November 3 election, Pelosi said ’President-elect Biden has a strong mandate to lead.’
