No Secretary of State for any State has certified the vote nor sworn the vote totals before a judge. So the election is still very much on. Not sure anybody who knows what they are doing and what the penalties are is going to certify anything and then present it to a judge as factual and correct. This is a legal process, not a media campaign. Anybody familiar with history really does not want to go back to the media campaign and mob rule.
