Mitt Romney congratulates President-elect Joe Biden
Mitt Romney, the GOP Senator from Utah congratulated President-elect Joe Biden after he was projected to defeat President Donald Trump in the White House race. Taking to Twitter, Sen. Romney said that him and his wife, Ann, extend their congratulations to Biden and Vice President-elect Kamala Harris. Romney has been one of the most outspoken critics of Trump within the Republican Party.

Technically, he's not "President-elect" until the EC votes. But the media is soooooo excited. I recall in Bush v Gore that the media held off making assertions and didn't declare victory for Bush or Gore.
