George W Bush congratulates Biden, says Trump has right to request recount
The ex-US president while offering his ’warm congratulations’ to President-elect Biden called upon the citizens to come together for the sake of the country. He also praised Trump for getting more than 70M votes, and said that the Republican has the right to request recounts and pursue legal challenges so that the American people ’can have confidence that this election was fundamentally fair’.
