US census takers say they were told to enter false information

Two census takers have disclosed to the media that their seniors asked them to enter false info about homes they had not visited in order to speed up the task and meet the deadline of September end set by the president. One of the workers said she made up info on about 2 dozen households, before refusing to continue the next day. A coalition has filed a case against the accuracy of the census.

Tell me this did not affect the election . Counting non citizens and sending election forms to every household . That opened the door for this election to be tamperd with .

Now why would they want to enter false/misleading information on the census.

Out of curiosity, how long did it take to do the 2010 census? I mean were they working into 2011 or something?

Question is, what did she put in the forms where she couldn’t reach the residents. Says in the article some homes in the Hispanic community she went to didn’t open doors to her. Did they have an option to just put NA or did she literally make up names and info. Not so clear actually since both articles are similar.

easy, you open opportunity for a huge mistake to happen, making sure it happens. Then when it happens you blame the process as fraudulent, make a case for a peocess to be cancelled for fraud. They knew before hand that they could loose and they prepared to make a legal case before the courts, pushing for an investigation by pointing in the right direction. Of course if you orchestrated what happened, you are in a good position to find the problem.

It's my understanding that being under pressure to close files some fields in the program needed to be filled with non-zero content in order for thousands of other people to be counted. That without closing the files thousands of people would not be included in the count.

Census workers were told to ignore the nationality of the people in our country. The census had been corrupted.

This does not surprise me, DTs management style leaves everything he has done wide open to corruption. All that mattered to him was "getting it done", I don't once recall him showing any respect for the idea of "checks and balances" ⚖.. nevermind it being a foundation of the country he was supposed to be leading.. I expect everything he has done during office will turn out this way... What a waste 🗑️👎

What percentage of census forms were fraudulent? No one knows but I bet it was very low. Once again you besmirch the honest hard working census takers. I say bah to this story.

Why would they not do a job properly, what sort of people are so sloppy and stupid? There is no point in making up information, do they have no moral compass? I've been a census taker, it's an interesting and rewarding job if done properly. I helped people who didn't know how to fill out their forms, I helped people with questions and met loads of really great people of all ages.

Was it, or was it not on the form? Are you a citizen of the USA?
