Teen charged in connection with Kyle Rittenhouse shooting

Wisconsin prosecutors have filed charges against a teen who illegally gave a rifle to Kyle Rittenhouse. Rittenhouse, 17, used the rifle to kill two people and wound a third in Kenosha in August. Dominick David Black, 19, faces two counts of intentionally giving a dangerous weapon to a person under age 18, causing death. Black purchased the AR-15 rifle and stored it at his stepfather’s home.

Not a lot of details about this in the articles. I would expect that the AR-15 was purchased well before August 2020; there were none to be found by June 2020 (I know, I had bought mine just before then and it was devilishly hard to find). I am deeply skeptical about the media's narrative on Rittenhouse, will wait for the court case to know more about some of the underlying facts leading up to the shooting. The shooting itself was entirely justified as self-defense.

used the rifle to kill two people and wound a third *in self defence*. There fixed the abstract for ya.

What a surprise, a straw purchase deemed with the intent of harm — who would have figured. It’s great to be prepared for the unexpected; but when you know where you’re headed, it is premeditated decision-making that leads you.

If Trump knows he's going out, he should just start pardoning everyone, this kid, Kyle, Snowdon, Assange, all minor drug offenders. Just one last hurrah so people will vote for him in 2024 if the country survives.

Jesus if these kids are found guilt they should expect retaliation

They're charging Rittenhouse as an adult, but also saying he was a minor in possession of a firearm.... that sounds like a supreme court 2nd amendment decision in the making.

I put my NREMT patch on my body armor because of Kyle. I want people to know I'm helping first before they try to curb stomp me.

Since it seems there is alot of confusion as to all the details, here are links to the actual story including the video evidence and breakdowns. There are details that change the situation, such as another person being charged for fire his weapon right before kyle fires his first shot. Yes, it is self defense by accounts of common sense in my opinion, But it comes down to the laws of that state at the end of the day .

Kyle Rittenhouse did nothing wrong. He used self defense to kill two criminals and injured one. It's funny how people think Kyle is the criminal for defending himself. Lol.

As I have said before on other threads to many people who are also on this thread. You can say what you want about Kyle rittenhouse but he illegally had the firearm. Now his friend is being charged with connection to the same crime as I said was going to happen. Now also to add to that, rittenhouse is going to be charged with 2 peoples deaths. That's negligence at a minimum

No such thing as an illegal firearm. “Illegal” firearm implies that the government has any legitimate authority in making decisions regarding them. The government has no such real power to utter a single word about who may and may not own a firearm, who may purchase one for whom, or if someone can hand them out in the street if they so choose. Anyone who uses the term “illegal firearm” has already decided to lay on their stomach and graciously take it from their dirty Uncle Sam. If someone has been convicted of a crime (meaning a victim was involved, not just something deemed illegal) warranting them to be considered dangerous, they should be in prison. If they are out, they have paid their debt, and there is no real reason for their inalienable right to self-preservation to be legislated on and infringed upon. Don’t be Uncle Sam’s working girl. He has enough people fucking their fellow citizens already. Stand up for your rights and the rights of others.

What is the public benefit of this prosecution? Is this part of a Democrat progrom? Who else is on the list? None of the "mostly peaceful" protesters ?
