McConnell says Trump ’100% within his rights’ to challenge election outcome

Senate majority leader Mitch McConnell said President Donald Trump is ’100% within his rights’ to question the election result. This comes amid a growing support of Republican lawmakers to Trump’s insistence that the outcome was a result of large-scale irregularities. Except a very few, like ex-president George W Bush and Mitt Romney, no prominent GOP figure has congratulated Joe Biden so far.

Here are some fact checks for you Trumptards who continue to pretend the election fraud claims are anything but baseless: -USPS did NOT fail to deliver 27% of mail-in ballots in South Florida. The USPS said it skipped some steps in order to get ballots to election offices faster. -The Washington Times did NOT have a 2000 front page headline that said President Gore Wins. George W Bush was always ahead. -No, the New York Post didn’t run a ‘You’re Fired’ cover. -Officials in Fairfax, VA did NOT give 100,000 Trump votes to Biden. Officials noticed an error in the spreadsheet and corrected the number within 10 minutes of posting. -An election worker in Georgia did NOT threw away a ballot. The worker threw away a piece of paper containing voter instructions. -A list does not show over 14,000 dead people voted in Wayne County, Michigan. The state checks to ensure that ballots cast by people who are deceased are not counted. -3,062 individuals did NOT violate the law by casting ballots after they moved from NV. People don’t have to live in Clark County in order to vote there. People who move 30 days before an election can cast a vote in their new state or their old state. A Nevadan who goes to another state for college can also request a ballot. -Philadelphia is NOT “clouding the vote counting in a shroud of darkness.” Election observers from both parties have been monitoring the process in Philadelphia. -The following Donald Trump statement is a blatant lie, “If you count the legal votes, I easily win. If you count the illegal votes, they can try to steal the election from us.” -Over 300 people were NOT allowed to re-vote in Iowa. A clerical error was made in the initial vote report on election night. -50,000 ballots for Donald Trump were NOT discovered in a Georgia dumpster. Empty envelopes marked “ballot” were discovered in the dumpster. -Poll workers were NOT caught filling out ballots in Delaware County Pennsylvania. County officials say the poll workers were copying information from damaged ballots onto blank ballots so they could be counted. -Republican election challengers were NOT unfairly barred from observing absentee ballot processing and counting in Detroit. At one point, more than 500 Republican, Democratic and nonpartisan challengers were inside Detroit’s ballot counting center to observe, including over 200 Republican challengers. -The Trump administration did NOT put secret watermarks on official ballots to trick cheating Democrats. The federal government has no role in printing ballots or in the on-the-ground mechanics of elections. The responsibility lies with state and local governments. -Here's another 50,000 ballot lie. An Arizona trooper did NOT Find 50,000 ballots in dumpster all for President Trump. The Arizona Department of Public Safety said this isn’t true. -Video showing collection of California ballots on Nov. 4 does NOT show cheating. All Drop Boxes were closed and locked at 8PM on Election Night and ballots were collected the following day. -40,000+ votes for Libertarian candidate Jo Jorgensen did NOT magically become votes for Joe Biden. The claim is not supported by official data reported by the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. -118-year-old (deceased) William Bradley did NOT vote via an absentee ballot in Wayne County, Michigan. His son William Bradley Jr. voted with his own ballot. His father did receive a ballot but he threw it away. -The wagon arriving at Detroit counting center after deadline was NOT bringing in a ballot box. It was a photographer from ABC bringing in his equipment. -North Carolina’s Democratic Secretary of State does NOT controls the state's elections. The North Carolina elections board, not the Secretary of State, is responsible for counting ballots. On the board are 3 Republicans and two Democrats. -Seven Milwaukee wards did NOT report more 2020 presidential votes than registered voters. The seven Milwaukee wards cited in

To those who disagree coin please go read the United States Constitution and then the Federalist Papers. Then you we'll have a starting point on how the electoral process is _supposed_ to work.

Why did McConnell accept the results of the congressional elections, but not the Presidential? Isn’t everything on the same ballots? Does he really think Democrats would only cheat on the Presidential election if they had the wherewithal to do that?
