Amazon charged with antitrust charges in Germany and France
The EU Union has revealed formal antitrust charges against Amazon for misusing its supremacy in online shopping. Margrethe Vestager, the EU Commission’s top antitrust official, acknowledged on Tuesday that an investigation found that Amazon could have illegally abused its dominant position as a marketplace service provider in Germany and France, the company’s biggest markets in the EU Union.
