Boeing registers second consecutive month with no plane orders

Boeing had no orders for new aeroplanes for the second consecutive month in October and orders for 37 of its Max jets came off the books following the grounding of the Max and the Covid-19 pandemic that crippled the airline industry. Boeing delivered 13 planes last month, down from 20 in October 2019. Meanwhile, Boeing’s European rival Airbus had 11 new orders and delivered 72 planes in October.
